3. Confirm your Reservation

You will receive a confirmation of your reservation as soon as you have done the booking on airbnb.com.

4. Payment

Airbnb.com is responsible for all payments so please read the conditions on their platform.

5. Holiday Documents

All holiday documents are online and we will send your all needed information and driving directions in the private chat on airbnb.com. Should you have any questions, you may contact us on the private chat on airbnb. com or from the contact form.

What to Expect

Villa Prono is a privately owned winery and agriturismo. All accommodations are individually furnished and are of a good standard. We live ourselves at the villa and therefore we will be available to our guests during day. We may help to make restaurant reservations, book a taxi or similar.

The accommodations are self contained and furnished and come equipped with bed linen, bathroom towels and kitchen equipment including fridge, cooker, crockery, utensils and cutlery. A washing machine and ironing room can be used in agreement with us.

The accommodation is cleaned for your arrival with fresh linen and towels. For each subsequent complete week there will usually be fresh linen and towels. Pool cleaning and garden maintenance are usually carried out daily. Final clean charge is included in the price. The villa must be left in a reasonable condition as described at your arrival.

Extras such as cots and highchairs for infants are free of charge.

Minimum Stay

A minimum stay of 5 days is required. Prices are on a daily rental basis, irrespective of the number of persons occupying the accommodation, up to the standard occupancy level which is shown, extra people may carry a surcharge. We will need to know how many people are in your party, it is important we are advised prior to departure of any persons intending to join you.

Arrival & Departure times

Accommodations will usually be cleaned and ready for occupation on the day of your arrival by 4pm, although in some cases it may be possible to gain access before this time in order to leave your luggage in the property. You must vacate your property by 10am on your day of departure in order to give us time to prepare for new arrivals. If you have a return flight later in the day, it may be possible for us to make arrangements for storing your luggage on that day but this cannot be guaranteed and must normally be confirm by us shortly before your departure

Accommodation Prices Do Not Include

1. Holiday insurance
2. Any additional extras such as extra linen changes, use of washing machine or extra services. In some accommodations where extra beds can be placed, there is a supplement per person per week to cover extra linen and services.
3. Breakages, which should be reported to us immediately and paid for locally before vacating your accommodation.
4. Beach and pool towels are not provided.
